Miranda has lived in the Pacific Northwest for the past 16 years and has been a part of the real estate industry just as long. She started her career working for a title company in Nevada during her high school years and advanced to escrow assistant working in Nevada, Arizona and Washington state while also competing horses throughout the West Coast with her family in the paint horse and reining horse circuits.
Since 2007, Miranda has been a transaction coordinator and has really found her niche. For the past 7 years she has worked for a real estate team consisting of 3-5 agents at any given time. She is knowledgeable with WAR forms and feels that the role of transaction coordinator comes easy to her. Miranda enjoys helping agents succeed in their business by managing their transaction coordination, allowing them to focus their valuable time on their clients. Miranda finds joy in knowing that she plays a big part in helping her agents meet their goals and grow their businesses.
In 2018, Miranda decided to start her own business to not only help Front Door Realty agents with their transaction needs, but to also offer her service to any agent in Clark County. Miranda has been licensed for 16 years and belongs to the National Association of Realtors and the National Association of Transaction Coordinators. She is looking forward to attending the NATC Conference in Dallas, TX this March.
Miranda still enjoys her horses and about a year ago bought 10 acres in La Center for her family and animals. She enjoys spending time in her garden, raising her goats, chickens and horses and attending baseball games with her stepsons. In the off-season, Miranda and her family enjoy clamming, four wheeling in the snow, hiking and exploring all the great natural places in the Northwest.
